Special education advisory council

Welcome to District 279 SEAC

SEAC is a distric-level council with a legal basis for establishment. It is made up of Parents and Caregivers who advise Osseo ISD 279 regarding the education and experiences for children with disabilities, including policies and practices. It is a network of families, educational staff and administration.


